Do you find it hard to connect with some children or families, especially the “difficult” ones? Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what the children in your care were really asking from you. This reflective approach will teach you how to understand children’s needs and behaviors. This will result in less challenging behaviors and more meaningful connections and interactions. This is a series training consisting of 6 sessions utilizing video and interactive discussion. This program is based on decades of attachment research. This is a reflective approach so expect a lot of discussion and participation!
