During this training we will explore the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that have helped create our cultural lens. We will identify and discuss the behavioral impact of biases and how it affects our relationships with others. We will engage in courageous conversations that will help us look at people and situations through a different lens.
Gateways to Opportunity Content Area: F- Family and Community Relationships
Child Development Associate (CDA) Content Area: 3- Social/Emotional

Content Hours: 8 (2 hours per session)
*Must attend all four sessions to receive 1/2 credential point in FCR-Family and Community Relationships.
