Building effective workplace relationships is not always easy.  Relationships among staff have a profound impact on our experience on the job and the quality of services we provide.  We will begin by exploring the role that relationships and reflection play in the way our centers work.  From there we will discuss how to best incorporate building relationships and reflection into our centers daily workings.
