How Does Your Engine Run? ®

The Alert Program assists students in understanding the basic theory of sensory integration related to arousal states.  The primary focus is to help children learn to monitor, maintain, and change their level of alertness so that it is appropriate to a situation or task.  During this training, we will be focusing on identifying how our engines are running (High, Just Right, or Low), how to help students identify their engine speeds, and different activities to take part in to help all of our engines run “just right.”
