This course is designed to give participants an overview of and hands-on practice with the benefits of mindful self-compassion. Participants will learn the neuroscience behind mindfulness and self-compassion practice, and the ways this can reduce stress, improve mood, and positively impact well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to try out several mindful self-compassion techniques.
