Managing Your Business Through Crisis

Child care center-based and home-based businesses are invited to participate in this workshop to explore crisis management strategies. Participants who complete this training will be able to: 1. Identify the stages of financial crisis management, 2. Calculate days cash on hand, 3. Understand the concept of monthly cash flow 4. Prepare for crisis decision-making and management, and 5. Name types of possible resources for operating capital.

Topics will include: business crisis management, accessing emergency capital, determining cash on hand, projecting cash flow, reviewing financial data to make decisions, managing continued operations, and managing a temporary closure of a program.
