Are you interested in, but not sure about, what the Smart Start Workforce Grant is all about? This grant is designed to offer child care programs stable, ongoing funds that they can use to invest in quality staff without burdening families by raising tuition. Eligible programs will receive consistent funding each quarter, and funds will cover the cost of higher wages for teachers and assistant teachers in the childcare program.
