Let’s explore your role in ensuring that families who have an infant or toddler with developmental concerns and/or disabilities know about the IL Child & Family Connections Early Intervention Program. This workshop will include an overview of Child Find and the Early Intervention process from referral to transitioning out of the program by the age of three.As a early childhood professional, you have an important relationship with families.
