Class Description

The ePyramid Model: Preschool Community of Practice Cohort combines high-quality, selfpaced online learning with facilitated peer collaboration to support the implementation of evidence-based Pyramid Model practices that promote young children's social-emotional development. Participants complete online ePyramid modules while engaging in a Community of Practice focused on reflection, collaboration, and the application of learning. Together, these components create a comprehensive professional development experience that strengthens practitioner capacity, fosters team-based problem-solving, and supports high-fidelity, sustainable implementation across diverse early childhood settings.

How it Works

You'll have several weeks to complete each online module when it works for your schedule! Your instructor will be available for support. Modules range from approximately 1.5 - 6.5 hours.

Then meet with your facilitator and the other early childhood educators in your cohort monthly on Zoom to share ideas, discuss real-life situations, ask questions, and explore ways to use Pyramid Model strategies in your classroom.

Class Dates: Nov. 3 - Apr. 13

Work at your own pace! Your first module should be completed by November 24 so you’re ready to join your facilitator and classmates for your first Zoom meeting. Each meeting is an opportunity to discuss what you’re learning, ask questions, share experiences, and support one another.

• Jan. 12: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
• Feb. 9: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
• Mar. 9: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
• Apr. 13: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
